Great Noosa Trail Walk

What to Expect & How to Prepare

The Great Noosa Trail Walk is more than a series of kilometres — it’s a thoughtfully supported journey through some of the most beautiful and welcoming parts of the Noosa Hinterland. Each day brings new landscapes, fresh perspectives, and the chance to slow down and enjoy the rhythm of the trail.

Whether you’re walking one day or the full experience, you can expect clear guidance, friendly volunteers, nourishing meals, and a strong sense of community along the way. With daily distances ranging from 10 to 23 kilometres, you’ll walk with just your day pack, while overnight gear is transferred for you — allowing you to focus on the trail, the scenery, and the people beside you.

A little preparation will help you get the most out of the experience. From fitness and footwear to packing the right essentials, the information below is designed to help you arrive feeling confident, comfortable, and ready to enjoy every step.
